Q. WHAT IS BETTER, TO REPAIR OR REPLACE YOUR APPLIANCE?
A. When you have a broken appliance you have only two choices. You can call us for appliance repair in Sugar Land or you can replace the part or the whole machine. Call us for same day service and our well-trained technician will examine your refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, washer, or dryer. He will tell you if your problem can be fixed or not.
The other issue is the expected lifetime of your appliance. There are times when you can fix an old machine but will simply need to fix something else in the near future. Our technician has years of experience and can help you make this decision.

Q. DO YOU PROVIDE GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES?
A. All parts and labor will have a warranty. We always use manufacturer parts for GE, Kenmore, LG, Frigidaire, Sub-Zero, KitchenAid, Whirlpool, and other major brands. Thus your manufacturer’s warranty stays in effect for that appliance. And, if any problem persists after our service call, do not hesitate to call and tell us!
Q. WILL YOU FIX MY APPLIANCE ON YOUR FIRST VISIT?
A. Yes. About 95% of the time. Fixing your appliance problem on a single visit is always our goal. We stock our vans with the parts and tools for all major brands and models. And our well-trained technicians can fix pretty much any issue quite rapidly. But, on the 5% of times when we need to make a second trip, there is no extra service fee.
Q. WHAT IS THE TIMEFRAME FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
A. We will give you a 2-3 hour window for when our technician will arrive. We know that your time is valuable so we will not only show up during the stated time but will also call ten to fifteen minutes in advance. If an appointment takes longer than anticipated, we will not leave until the job is done. Our service window lets our repairmen do every job well before moving on to the next.
